In the photo section, the House of Correction photos are great. Are the videos of House of Corrections available??? If not, will they be?
The Galleries and the Videos do not necessarily correspond, as they are two separate entities on our website. We often try to also make photo series from the shooting of the particular video, and thus complementary stills matching the movie, but it is not a rule. Some of our images come and will keep coming from the casting events, or from different live events held in our studio, which were not shot on a video camera. We believe, however that the authentic atmosphere and very erotic content make these stills eligible for being posted on our web anyway. So, if you see pictures in the galleries that do not have a corresponding video footage, it is because there in fact is NO MATCHING VIDEO FOOTAGE for that particular gallery. Whether we offer still images or videos, or both, we follow one strict principle, which we believe makes our site different from any other website with a similar content: We do not use makeup and we do not fake anything. All the red buns, cries, and screaming that you see in our videos and stills are 100% authentic.
I joined the site, but am unable to play the videos. It takes a very long time to upload, and then they will not play. Please advise.
- You need:
- Hardware with enough processor speed and enough RAM.
- Windows XP or later, with Windows Media Player version or later. Mac OS X is supported too.
- Codecs for DviX format, or the complete DviX Player including the appropriate codecs. RealPlayer with appropriate codecs is an alternative to DviX. (For instructions to download codecs, please check our "Support" page.)
- Click on the DviX or RealMedia icon and choose to download/save on your HD.
I am interested in acting in your movies. What should I do?
We welcome any young man who wants to participate in our new projects. Fill out the Application Form at http://www.discipline4boys.com/casting-form.php and email us at least THREE unedited images of your whole body. Tell us about your experience in SM activities, your preferences (top/bottom), whether you are willing to come to our Prague Studio. We do not pay for your travel costs. However, we are able to put you up in our studio apartment for the time of the filming, free of charge.
The filming usually takes one day. Let us emphasize that all our scenes are real. We don’t use makeup of any kind, no mockup SM acting, no fake scenes. The bottoms are not allowed to wear masks of any kind and have to be able to take quite a load of real physical pain. Everything is real, we only respect the limits of the models agreed upon before their signing the contract. We prefer young submissive or dominant individuals, who ideally have some previous experience with real SM and know their SM preferences and limits.

I found your website on the Internet and I would like to become a member. The demo videos are in wmv format and I have no problems to play those. How long and in what format are the videos in Members section?
The previews as much as the full galleries and videos on our website work in all browsers currently available including Mozilla Firefox. For replaying the movies (in Members section), you need Windows XP+, or Mac OS X + operating system and a standard movie player (all videos come in two formats: DivX and RealMedia and play successfully in any standard video player suppose that they are equipped with the standard codecs). Our clients play the videos in Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, or QuickTime Player.
All of them are downloadable from the Internet for free if they didn't come as part of the OS on your computer.
I saw your videos on the Internet at RapidShare and/or Google Groups. Are they offered for free there by you?
NO. If you see them available for free anywhere outside our official website, it is a case of a flagrant copyright infringement. We would like to ask you to be on watch for such instances, and to report any and all of these cases to us as as soon as possible. We believe that you understand that putting our films on other websites without our consent is illegal and does not only harm our business, it is also harmful to you as our loyal paying clients. Therefore, we will appreciate your collaboration in this respect.
I am a 40 years old man planning a visit to Prague. I would like to visit your studio and contact one or two of your models with an intent to use them as escorts. Are they available?
Unfortunately, our models are under contract with us and as such are available only for the filming. They are actors who work exclusively for us and not whores whom we lend out for private training. Thank you for your understanding.
Is it possible to download your videos in a DVD format and then pley them on a stand-alone DVD player using a regular TV?
Unfortunately the films on D4B are not intended for DVD burning and disc downloads. They are merely meant to be downloaded onto hard drives and to be viewed in DviX or RealPlayer. However, you can copy our movie clips onto a CD or a DVD disc, and view them on a DVD player and on TV, if your player supports the DviX format. Otherwise, should you be interested in movies on DVD, our new film portal www.freshmenmedia.com offers a variety of already made original DVDs for you to choose from. Setup options are available in our support section.

I have been a member for a while. However, this month, the regular automatic renewal of my membership doesn’t seem to work even though I set up recurring payments. Can you help me?
According to our client records you had a recurring account with us, however your payment that was due at the end of last month has not been made. Your account has therefore been terminated as. It is possible that this has occured due the fact that you didn't have sufficient funds in your account or on your credit card, however, we as the owners of www.dicispline4boys.com are not in any way involved in money transactions, nor do we have anything to do with your personal details.

Please give them as much info as possible so that this matter can be resolved swiftly. Should your membership indeed turn out to have been terminated, please ask them to renew it for you and to allow you to once again carry on with recurring payments.
For what reasons would CCBill decline my purchase?
- The following are common error messages you might receive if CCBill has declined your credit card purchase:
- Multiple Submission Attempts: You are being declined due to a series of recent attempted transactions using CCBill. This block might continue for up to 30 days from your last attempted transaction.
- Bank Bin# Blocked: We currently do not process transactions from banks within this region due to the possibility of high-risk chargeback disputes.
- Card Declined at Pre-Authorization: This credit card has been rejected. It is considered high-risk based on address verification, usage patterns and history. A history of chargeback disputes and refund requests does result in a credit card being blocked for many Internet sales.
- Invalid Fields: A card number or type of card that is not supported or other invalid information has been submitted.
For what reasons would my bank decline my purchase?
The following are common error messages you might receive if your bank or credit card company declines authorization for payment. Please be advised that approvals and errors are issued by the Banking Network; they are not controlled by CCBill. You might consider re-submitting your payment using an alternate form of billing to successfully create a subscription.
- Some of the most frequent decline reasons are:
- Invalid Card: Please do not put any spaces between the card numbers when entering them into the field. Also, be sure to input the correct CVV2 number (the last 3 numbers shown on the back side of your credit card).
- Pick Up Card: This credit card has been reported as lost or stolen. Please contact your bank or financial institution immediately regarding this decline.
- Service Not Available: Validation has been requested from your bank or financial institution and they have denied authorization for this purchase. Please contact your bank or financial institution for further information.
- Sale Declined by Credit Card Network: The Banking Network rejected the sale. Try using the c ard again later. Blocks by the Banking Network are usually resolved within 24 hours.
What do I do if I receive an error message when attempting to subscribe?
Please contact CONSUMER SUPPORT: support@ccbill.com. The website in question will have to be tested to verify that it is functioning properly. If an error is found we will contact our technical support department immediately.
If I cancel my subscription will my access to the website immediately expire?
Canceling a subscription will not immediately remove your access to the webpage. Regardless of what time you cancel, you will still have access to the site until the end of the most recent term that has been paid for.
My Apple computer does not have Windows Media Player; how can I view videos?
If you are a Macintosh user and unable to view videos in Windows Media Player (.wmv or .wma) the following might provide a quick solution. There is a plug-in for QuickTime that allows you to view Windows Media files through your QuickTime player. You will then be able to click on video files and view them directly within your Mozilla Firefox or Safari browser window. All you have to do is go to the following link and download the video plug-in. You will be guided through a very short installation process. This link is 100 percent safe and comes directly from Microsoft's Web site:

I have misplaced my log-in information to the site; how do I retrieve it?
You may visit www.CCBill.com and click the “Online Support” link in the middle of the page. This will direct you to a page that will allow you to search for your subscription details online using your credit card number or checking account number, e-mail address and subscription ID.
